Subject: Server side renames - still not solved!

I still haven't found a way to do server side
renames of a file. I send the file as one
name and want to rename it on the server side.
REMOTE RENAME was suggested but I have yet to
find this command in the book and it doesn't
work on my version.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Erik
